Resumen

This paper discusses the application of a global Corporate Social Responsibility policy to the Spanish subsidiary of a large automobile parts firm. By focusing on the most relevant aspects of our self-developed conceptual model, this study provides an insight and an evaluation of the main issues that were raised in the process of implementing this policy. Results based on employees’ perceptions have allowed the authors not only to improve the reference framework but also to re-design other related, but broader research.
